This is a hands-on creative leadership role, focused on defining visual direction, applying creative best practices, and ensuring high-quality ad delivery. You’ll act as the creative authority for incoming requests: shaping direction, guiding designers through execution, and reviewing ads before delivery to ensure they meet both creative and business goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the creative direction and visual quality of ad assets produced by the Ad Design Services team
  • Review incoming creative requests from Account Managers (AMs), identify missing context, and request additional information when needed
  • Define clear visual direction, creative angles, and execution guidance for each task or campaign
  • Guide graphic and motion designers throughout the creative process with clear, actionable feedback
  • Ensure all creatives follow creative best practices, platform guidelines, and performance-driven principles
  • Review and approve ads before delivery to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency
  • Help translate business objectives and campaign goals into strong, effective visual solutions
  • Contribute to building and maintaining creative standards, visual frameworks, and best-practice guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with AMs, strategists, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth creative workflows

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising creatives, including static and motion formats
  • Proven ability to set visual direction and guide others in execution
  • Excellent eye for design, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
  • Experience reviewing, refining, and approving creatives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback
  • Ability to understand business needs and marketing objectives and translate them into creative guidance
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Major Plus if hands-on graphic design experience (static and/or motion)
  • Ability to jump into files, sketch ideas, or demonstrate execution approaches when needed

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, AE)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools for creative ideation, image creation, or motion exploration
  • Background in performance marketing, native advertising, or growth-focused creative teams

What we offer

  • Well-being: Enjoy a range of locally relevant benefits and workplace perks
  • Flexibility: We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office with an option to come in more often if desired
