Job Responsibility:
Support client teams on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Work closely with Creative Directors and experienced GSD&M creatives
Build a portfolio with real client work across print, digital, social, and experiential platforms
Learn how to interpret creative briefs and contribute throughout the full campaign lifecycle
Develop and present visual concepts, layouts, and design ideas for client projects
Strengthen craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creative discipline
Requirements:
Candidates must be enrolled as a junior, senior or graduate-level student in college OR recent college graduate (less than 1 year since graduation)
Must be available during the length of the program (6/2/26 – 8/7/26) and able to come into the GSD&M Austin offices at least 3 days a week
Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week
Strong visual communication and presentation skills
Solid design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and concept development
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with common collaboration tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams)
Basic understanding of social, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns
Nice to have:
Experience with social-first or integrated campaigns
