We’re on the hunt for a Creative Graphic Designer who can elevate our visual storytelling, contribute fresh ideas to existing campaigns, and help shape new creative initiatives that align with our company’s vision. The ideal candidate brings expertise across multiple design disciplines, including branding, advertising, digital media, and social content creation. You’ll play a key role in crafting visually compelling assets that captivate audiences and reinforce our brand identity. Based in Dartmouth and working in-office as part of a small but dynamic marketing team, you’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your creative vision and design skills. This role requires an eye for detail, a passion for innovative design, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Create and manage graphics for traditional and digital media, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging customer experience
Design print materials, email campaigns, and social media ad content using both static images and motion graphics
Develop engaging designs using product photos and lifestyle photography that align with brand guidelines
Maintain and evolve the visual identity of each brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
Stay updated on graphic design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brands fresh and relevant
Manage multiple projects and deliverables, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a creative portfolio showcasing static and motion graphics, particularly for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar tools
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, and their visual content requirements
Skilled at translating brand identity into cohesive and creative visual designs
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Creative, innovative, and motivated by pitching bold ideas and seeing them come to life
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities on the go
