Job Description:

Creative Graduate Teaching Assistant (Arts, Drama & Musical Theatre) to support students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2. Candidates should have an Arts, Drama, or Musical background, working with children, and the ability to engage students using creativity. The role offers opportunities for aspiring primary teachers, with the potential for salaried teacher training starting in 2026.

Job Responsibility:

Working with students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
may involve supporting students with mild SEN (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, Speech & Language issues)
small group and 1:1 work
using creativity and imagination to engage students with the primary curriculum

Requirements:

Some previous experience working with children
a confident and enthusiastic personality
creative and capable of coming up with innovative & fun ideas and activities
a genuine passion for education
