Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ Primary School located in the Borough of Southwark is looking for a hard-working, motivated individual to join their team of teaching staff. This Primary School centre their teaching and values around creativity and ingenuity and are looking for individuals with creative backgrounds. The Creative Graduate Teaching Assistant role is perfect for anyone looking to pursue a career in education, utilise their creative skills and to work alongside a staff that encourages learning through dance, music, art, sport and much more!

Job Responsibility:

Working with students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 (EYFS / Reception – Year 6)
Supporting children with SEND and SEMH needs individually and in small groups
Assisting class teachers with delivering lessons in core subjects
Utilising creativity to make learning fun and accessible to all

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school environment
A confident and bubbly individual
Someone comfortable with encouraging learning through creativity
A passion for education and learning
A sufficient understanding of SEND/SEMH needs

What we offer:

Long-Term, Full-Time role
Monday – Friday (no weekends)
8.30am – 4pm
