Job Description:

Creative Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs through art, drama, music, storytelling, and other expressive approaches in a forward-thinking and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets.

Job Responsibility:

Support children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
Use creative tools and strategies to aid communication, focus, and emotional regulation
Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and therapists in a collaborative setting

Requirements:

Recent graduate (any discipline)
Creative mindset
Passion for inclusion
Open-minded and empathetic
Positive energy
Interest in education, child development, psychology, or creative therapies
Confident communicator
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Adaptable and proactive
Eager to learn
