Job Description:

Midweight Creative (Experiential) role at a culturally driven, experiential-first communications agency. You will lead ideation, shape strategically grounded concepts and bring them to life through compelling storytelling across a diverse portfolio of clients, from lifestyle to sport to entertainment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate and develop strategically considered creative ideas across experiential, integrated and culturally relevant campaigns
  • Work across a wide range of projects with varying levels of involvement
  • Bring cultural awareness and real-world insights to the table, ensuring ideas feel relevant and resonant
  • Offer thought leadership, inspiring both the creative team and wider business with knowledge of new tools, trends and innovative approaches
  • Turn smart ideas into compelling stories, crafting clear, succinct presentations
  • Confidently present internally and as part of pitch teams, bringing energy, charisma and clarity
  • Champion a strategy-informed creative process, working closely with strategists, other creatives, production and client teams

Requirements:

  • Agency-side experience within experiential/brand experience
