Job Description:

Creative Execution Manager is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and requires understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful marketing campaigns
Serve as a subject matter expert, evaluating marketing requests and determining optimal strategies for collateral updates
Leverage self-service content editing tools to efficiently update marketing collateral
Provide expert guidance on content editing best practices
Direct external studio agency to make edits to collateral out of scope for self-serve tool
Assess for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity
Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement
Identify and manage issues to resolution
Manage internal legal, compliance and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns
Assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

5-10 years' experience in executing marketing campaigns through Direct Mail and E-Mail channels
Experience managing marketing campaigns is a must
Strong project management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
Creative problem solving and sense of ownership
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization skills
Solid communication, presentation and project management skills
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
