We are looking for a talented “Creative Excellence Manager” to join our energetic and highly motivated team. Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to creative strategy, ad copy, onboarding flows, and landing pages for a cohesive user funnel experience
Ensure weekly creative tasks are properly delegated, workloads are balanced, and deadlines are met
Oversee the production of in-house creatives, including video shoots and user-generated content (UGC)
Develop and manage creative processes to address systematic inefficiencies and streamline workflows
Bridge the gap between performance marketing and marketing art teams by fostering seamless collaboration and communication
Stay on top of global content trends, particularly on TikTok, to adapt macro and micro trends into creative strategies tailored for our products
Lead and mentor the marketing art team, ensuring their tools, resources, and workflows are optimized
Provide data-driven insights to shape creative strategies, including A/B testing and campaign optimization
Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd-party partners, agencies, influencers, and UGC creators for long-term collaboration
Actively contribute to the onboarding and evaluation of new team members by reviewing case studies and participating in interview processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Design, Translation & Interpretation, English / American Literature or a related field
4+ years of experience in a creative or marketing role, preferably in the mobile app sector
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with hands-on experience in managing creative processes and delegating tasks effectively
Strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to interpret campaign data to develop creative strategies
Expertise in creative brief writing and a strong sense of what works visually and conceptually in performance marketing
Familiarity with TikTok and other social platforms, with a keen eye for emerging trends and creative formats
Exceptional understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPI, and retention rates
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of tools and platforms used by marketing art teams, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
Experience with project management tools and methodologies for effective workflow planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and external partners
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of AI and digital marketing trends to stay ahead in the creative landscape
