In this art-direction-focused role, the Creative Director will lead and execute creative concepting, content strategies and calendars, still and video shoots, illustrations, influencer and activation content, traditional and ad-hoc production, and finding new ways to create and leverage content in new and emerging platforms in new and emerging ways. A TSL Creative Director is skilled at concepting, making and selling creative ideas to the most senior clients. They will also equip, empower and teach content techniques across the agency’s talent network to establish best practices, standardize processes and elevate creative quality across any and all content produced on behalf of a brand or TSL itself.

Anticipate hiring needs, actively contribute to the hiring process for content and engagement roles and assist in onboarding new team members
Create and present internal training content
Elevate The Social Light’s profile in advertising, social and marketing industry through social media, thought leadership, community engagement, awards and more
Enhance and expand the brand of The Social Lights internally and externally
Promote and encourage a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
10+ years of experience
At least 3+ years specifically touching social media and/or creative technology
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
Strong understanding of the creative process (ideation to production) with hands-on experience in art direction, design and video production
Prior production experience within a creatively-driven environment, intimately familiar with social-first internal productions, influencers, and activations
Stellar writing, designing, editing and proofreading skills
Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
Able to maintain confidentiality with business relations, personnel matters and proprietary matters
Proficient in Keynote, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Slack.

Portfolio of social ads, 3D, metaverse, volumetric content capture and/or TikTok production a plus
