Job Responsibility:
Lead creative for dynamic accounts
play a key role in building trusted relationships with clients alongside other Chemistry teammates
Lead multiple video, print, and experiential production efforts for your accounts

Partner closely with Strategy and Account leads to ensure our creative ideas make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned and paid channels, and are deployed via innovative, targeted media and technology
Participate and lead new business pitches
Lead video, print, and experiential production efforts
Mentor, inspire, and challenge creatives within your group to make the best work of their lives and elevate the agency work
Requirements:
8+ years of advertising experience required
A strong understanding of the creative experience in an advertising and working for a creative agency
A displayed mastery of the craft of art direction and design
Experience with creating integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media channels
Superior professionalism with clients and internal team
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines, and encourage teams to do so as well
A proven track record of helping craft powerful brand stories with leading global brands across various accounts
