Job Description:

As a Creative Director and leader of AKQA Tokyo studio's Creative department, you will create and inspire distinctive, effective work that makes a difference to consumers' behavior through ideas, creativity and interactive media. You will lead a team, mentor creatives, and champion the discipline within the agency and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

Creative briefs development
Idea generation across digital platforms
New business pitch leadership
Creative craft skills and supplier management
Team management and mentorship
Stakeholder management
Client leadership and communication

Requirements:

Deliver and inspire award-winning work
Lead, direct and manage cross-disciplinary and culturally diverse talents
Create ground-breaking work
Foster and line-manage creatives
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Learn new skills and stay abreast of technical and digital design developments
Act as creative representative in Japanese and English
Work with strategy teams to shape briefs
