Job Description:

As a member of the Integrated team at lūquire, you are trusted with creating award-winning, innovative, and compelling experiences and campaigns that drive results for our clients. You have a passion for finding new ways to reach target audiences with fresh, unexpected, multi-channel ideas that push the creative boundaries. You thrive on collaboration and understand how to partner with client service, production, design, PR and media to blaze new trails and define a new era for the agency of integrated communication.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in a creative leadership role (at least 5+ years in a creative agency environment)
  • A student of advertising
  • Firm understanding of best practices within digital/social channels
  • Curiosity for understanding and utilizing AI in your work process including LLMs, and text-to-image generation such as Midjourney and Veo3
  • Experience assisting in the development of creative work for new business pitches
  • Demonstrated excellent conceptual and design skills, including typography
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, proactive and solution oriented
  • Robust, cross-channel portfolio with a focus on digital experiences
  • Excellent client management and presentation skills
  • Proven experience creating and/or leading the development of award-winning campaign platforms or experiences
  • Curiosity about AI and how we can use it to further our creative aspirations
  • Ability to travel as needed for various client meetings, production needs, and company functions
