We’re seeking a senior Creative Director to support high-visibility brand and marketing initiatives during a period of growth. This role will lead the development of concept-driven creative for integrated campaigns, helping elevate brand awareness with executive-level and niche audiences. Ideal for a strategic creative leader who enjoys hands-on concepting and visual storytelling.
Job Responsibility:
Lead creative direction for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print
Develop net-new concepts, visual systems, and campaign-level creative ideas
Translate brand strategy into mood-driven, compelling visual storytelling
Create and guide high-level creative assets, using AI platforms or Adobe Creative Suite
Deliver campaign-ready creative within tight timelines (typically 4–6 weeks)
Ensure consistency and quality across formats, channels, and audiences
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, and AI‑based image generation tools
10+ years of experience, ideally agency background
Strong ability to concept and produce original creative assets
Experience designing for executive or niche target audiences
Ability to create mood-driven, product-light visual storytelling using stock or conceptual imagery
Experience generating AI-based imagery
Nice to have:
Enterprise, aerospace, defense, or related industries
Experience with companies like PACCAR or Microsoft
