Job Description:

King & Partners is looking for a Creative Director focused on delivering original and incredible brand identity and campaign work. The right candidate must have passion for beautiful and effective brands and the brand moments that support them.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the creative leadership on a number of significant projects
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the clients’ requirements, goals, objectives, limitations to ensure that project teams adhere to client expectations and produce the right creative solutions
  • Lead and facilitate conversations with clients, ultimately guiding them through the creative process
  • Manage, inspire and develop team members by providing guidance, feedback and support on their growth
  • serve as a mentor for design colleagues on projects you lead
  • Collaborate with other disciplines such as account management, strategy, marketing to ensure that we consistently deliver creative excellence
  • Push the creative envelope – thinking about how we can help evolve our design practice and infuse innovation into every opportunity

Requirements:

  • Being responsible for creating successful brand identities for hospitality, lifestyle and real estate brands
  • Developing holistic concepts to build the world around the brand identity
  • Contributing to brand positioning and strategy, and ability to translate the positioning and strategy into visual language
  • A solid foundation in design elements, layout, typography, and creative direction
  • Deep understanding of brand and marketing collateral for use in the worlds of fashion, hospitality and lifestyle brands
  • Be full of good and original ideas
  • Experience mentoring a creative team
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, ability to multi-task
  • 8+ years of experience in branding
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality and lifestyle brands.
