The Creative Director will lead the visual style, tone, and overall creative direction of client brands and key projects. This is a senior creative role (non-executive) responsible for translating abstract ideas into compelling, high-quality visual and audio experiences that resonate with our audiences and elevate our brand presence. This person is someone who can shape big ideas, guide creative teams, and ensure that every touchpoint reflects a cohesive and impactful story.
Job Responsibility:
Define and evolve the visual identity, tone, and creative direction of the brand across all channels
Translate business objectives and abstract concepts into clear, inspiring creative strategies and campaigns
Ensure consistency and excellence in creative output across print, digital, video, social media, and other emerging platforms
Partner with Client Success, Media, Product, and Leadership teams to align creative direction with brand and business goals
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, copywriters, art directors, and external partners
Provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates the quality of work while supporting team growth
Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages bold ideas and creative experimentation
Manage creative workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
Oversee concept development from initial idea through final production, ensuring the original vision is carried through
Review and approve creative assets, maintaining high standards for design, storytelling, and brand alignment
Direct photo shoots, video productions, and other multimedia projects as needed
Stay current on design trends, cultural moments, and emerging technologies to keep the brand fresh and relevant
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency or in-house), with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and brand work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Experience designing for digital platforms (websites, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work with minimal supervision
Strong ability to move between big-picture thinking and hands-on creative direction
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
