Our client, a premier music and productions company in NY/LI is seeking an experienced Director of Event Sales & Branding to lead a newly created position. This role will sit in LI and NYC offices. Candidate must be comfortable with non-tradition hours - working weekends and late nights when events are happening. Travel is required for this role based on venue. This is a pivotal role in our next phase of growth. Job Responsibility
Revenue Growth: Develop new business, expand existing accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients
Industry Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with event planners and key decision-makers
Creative Leadership: Oversee and elevate Social Media, Marketing, Advertising, and PR to drive brand awareness and demand
Talent Development: Create and lead a structured department focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent
Operational Alignment: Partner with leadership, including the CFO, to optimize expenses and improve overall efficiency
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new territories and strategic growth opportunities
Requirements
