You will lead and grow the Brand Content & Activation offering at Medusa. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and express brand identities through captivating, strategically grounded creative work—not trend-driven, but fuelled by meaningful, aesthetic intuition. Just like Medusa’s legendary gaze, your mission will be to spark emotional impact that transforms how brands are perceived—every project must mark a clear “before” and “after.” With your seasoned experience, you’ll deliver a global, integrated vision that meets the market’s demand for seamless offline and online coherence across all touchpoints. You will work closely with the partners—especially the Associate and Chief Creative Officer—within a 20+ person creative team.
Job Responsibility:
Define and drive the creative strategy vision for Brand Content & Activation campaigns
Develop bold, strategically rooted concepts that build emotional connection, boost brand visibility, and drive engagement
Ensure narrative and visual coherence across all touchpoints (print, digital, social, experiential, retail)
Develop a radical, distinctive approach aligned with the agency’s DNA and client ambitions
Champion strong creative convictions backed by cultural and societal insights
Inspire and guide creative teams
Foster a collaborative work environment based on care, excellence, and innovation
Support professional growth and skill development for creative talent
Help recruit and retain top-tier creatives
Help shape and elevate brand storytelling and activation strategies
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term trust and loyalty
Collaborate with account teams to ensure creative excellence matches client needs
Oversee project progress from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency and relevance
Monitor trends and innovations to keep work fresh and impactful
Stay ahead of emerging trends in brand content, digital activations, and consumer engagement
Create concepts grounded in a deep understanding of evolving consumer behavior
Experiment with new formats and disruptive ideas to strengthen campaign impact
Maintain an ongoing watch on the evolution of the luxury, premium, and digital sectors
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of agency experience
Proven ability to create and guide teams through meaningful, coherent, and high-impact creative strategies
A sense-driven approach that balances strategic relevance with creative elevation
Strong skills in brand narrative and strategic planning, with the ability to articulate ideas, messages, and values
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration both internally and with clients
Solid expertise in shooting and 3D production for brand campaigns
Ability to craft bold, original creative strategies
Mastery of narrative development in both French and English
Strong strategic mindset with the confidence to pitch and defend bold ideas
