We're looking for a Creative Director who will own the quality bar for everything that leaves DevRev's Creative Studio – brand, campaigns, digital, events, toolkits, presentations. You'll be the craft authority the team calibrates against. This isn't a role where you'll build strategy decks about creativity. You'll be hands-on with the work – setting the visual standard, art-directing campaigns, shaping brand executions – while building the processes and team capability that ensure consistently excellent output without you reviewing every pixel. You'll report to our Head of Creative and lead a team of designers across brand, digital, and campaign work. The role is based in London.

12+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio of brand, digital, and campaign work
Led creative teams
Worked on brand systems at scale

Strong web design sensibility
Genuine understanding of how digital experiences work
