As Brand Designer, you own our visual identity. You set the direction and you do the work. This is a hands-on execution role with full creative responsibility. You will work across paid social, brand identity, campaigns, packaging, and our website. You bring the taste and the craft. AI is a core part of how you produce, not a bonus skill.
Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve the visual identity of aioss across every channel
Support and facilitate creative production for Meta campaigns and organic content
Develop and maintain brand guidelines the whole team can work from
Produce assets for packaging, digital, and campaigns end to end
Use AI tools actively in your workflow to increase output quality and speed
Act as the internal standard for what good looks like
Requirements:
Exceptional visual taste. Your portfolio will tell us more than your CV
Strong hands-on skills in Figma and Photoshop
AI-native. You use AI tools actively in your production workflow, not just as a talking point
Comfortable owning decisions end to end, from concept to final file
Background from DTC, lifestyle, or consumer brands, brand side or agency
