We are seeking a talented Creative Designer with strong expertise in digital and print design, branding, and multimedia creation. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with industry‑standard design tools, the ability to convert business briefs into compelling visual solutions, and a strong understanding of layout, color, and composition. This role requires a detail‑oriented designer who can independently manage multiple design requests while maintaining high-quality output and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional creative teams.
Job Responsibility:
Design digital assets for social media, display ads, email campaigns, and omni-channel marketing
Produce high-quality visual design for digital, print, and in-store branding
Create multiple design concepts and variations based on creative briefs
Apply brand guidelines and campaign style guides across all deliverables
Independently manage end-to-end design workloads while meeting deadlines
Work within a dynamic and evolving creative workflow to support business needs
Provide peer reviews and constructive feedback during design critique sessions
Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and creative leads
Adapt and version design concepts for multiple platforms, formats, and placements
Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and marketing partners for full campaign execution
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Excellent visual design skills across digital, print, social, and in-store branding
Strong knowledge of layout, color theory, composition, and design systems
Ability to translate business briefs into refined visual solutions
Ability to manage independently and deliver multiple design requests
Strong verbal and written communication for presenting design concepts
Ability to provide design feedback and participate in creative reviews
Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
Nice to have:
Experience designing for retail category marketing
Understanding of U.S. retail culture and consumer behavior
Experience in motion graphics or advanced video editing
Familiarity with UX/UI principles or responsive design
Ability to create storyboards or creative concepts from scratch
Exposure to web design tools or front-end basics (HTML/CSS)
Experience working in fast‑paced creative teams or agencies
