Job Description:

Designs and produces marketing materials that reflect the brand’s image and style to drive hotel revenue. Partners with marketing teams providing design solutions. Maintains project files and provides status updates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designs and produces marketing materials including advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations
  • Partners with marketing managers and related operational departments
  • Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops appropriate look and feel for promotion and event collateral
  • Monitors progress of all projects including maintenance of project files and archives
  • Provides continuous communication to Marketing/project team
  • Executes various aspects of production including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation and layout
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in Graphic Design
  • 3 to 5 years Graphic Design experience
