Take full creative ownership for elite athletes, shaping their personal brands, merchandise, campaigns, and digital presence. Lead bold ideas in a fast-paced environment and deliver world-class creative that resonates globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and uphold exceptional creative standards across all studio output
  • Lead concept development across apparel, design, social, marketing and print
  • Develop visual identities, graphic systems and creative direction for athlete brands
  • Ensure all creative work is visually outstanding, strategically aligned and commercially effective
  • Lead art direction for campaigns, including photography and film shoots where required
  • Mentor a small in-house team, scaling with freelancers when needed
  • Research and apply emerging trends in fashion, culture and design to keep creative output ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in a design role
  • Proven experience managing projects from concept to delivery
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, product and campaign work
  • Confident working across multiple design styles and disciplines
  • Exceptional eye for detail, typography and colour

Nice to have

  • Interest in motorsport or experience working with athletes or sports organisations desirable
