Job Description

Manage full‑cycle recruiting for Product Management, Content & Analysis, and Marketing roles from sourcing through offer acceptance; Partner closely with hiring managers on job requirements, postings, candidate evaluation, and feedback; Source, screen, and manage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools; Maintain an active requisition load of approximately 12-15 roles at a time; Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS; Support process improvements and special recruiting initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting Product Management & Marketing
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday or a similar ATS
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Exposure to AI recruiting tools is a strong plus
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
