Cella by Randstad Digital is a leading creative and marketing talent solutions provider, and we are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our top-tier retail clients in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a dynamic contract opportunity for a talented Creative Content Producer to support high-impact video and social media content creation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the Production Manager, Copywriters, and Art Directors to conceptualize and execute content that aligns with campaign goals and brand identity
  • Manage the end-to-end production process for video and social content, including scripting, shooting (primarily using iPhone Max or provided gear for a polished UGC aesthetic), and post-production editing
  • Focus on creating SKU-driven, retail-centric content, ensuring specific product requirements are met across all deliverables
  • Act as a solution-oriented creative partner to make recommendations about challenges related to shooting locations and production logistics
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and bring proactive, innovative content ideas forward to elevate the team’s output
  • Conduct all necessary editing, color correction, and sound design using Adobe Creative Cloud

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in content creation, focusing heavily on short-form video for social media platforms and retail marketing
  • Demonstrable expertise in the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing examples of retail-centric, polished user-generated style content that successfully drives product engagement or sales
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple rapid-turnaround production projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to operate in a solution-oriented and self-sufficient manner, quickly addressing production needs

Nice to have:

Experience or comfort level with evolving technologies, such as incorporating AI-generated voiceovers or other innovative production techniques
