My industry leading client is looking for a Creative & Content Manager to join their well-established team. They are a renowned British Heritage fashion brand based in the heart of London. Offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 and clear route to progression.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to develop, create and optimise content strategy for the season
  • Ensure all product photography presents the products in a desirable and clear way, on brand for the target audiences
  • Liaise with the design and marketing teams to identify the right storytelling and messages to the customer
  • Manage social platforms including Instagram Stories/Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok
  • Manage all content creative including graphic design, copy and video ensuring all meet brand guidelines and aesthetic
  • Manage the content team, 3rd party agencies, photographers and stylists deliver the campaign brief

Requirements

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Respond to marketing briefs from brand, retail and partnership marketing teams by ensuring the creative team provide ideation and in house production solutions for: DCP marketing content – create content that drives consumer affinity with The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) brands, raising awareness and consideration amongst consumers to ultimately increase product sales
  • Licensee partnerships – create meaningful branded content campaigns that both maximises effectiveness of TWDC’s media offering as well as creates content that drives new audiences for the franchises and categories
  • Support marketing for other lines of businesses (LOBs) on an ad hoc basis e.g. PR/communications and corporate social responsibility (CSR)
  • Sign off the creative output of the team in response to key briefs and high profile campaigns
  • Liaise with directors across the business to identify, refine and plan their creative requirements, both short-term and long-term
  • Identify cross-company opportunities, where creative needs are aligned and resources can be pooled to create bigger opportunities for partners to invest in content creation
