We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Creative Content Designer with strong skills in motion design, video production, and digital content creation. This role blends beauty, luxury, and medical aesthetics, requiring an eye for premium visuals and the ability to produce high-quality content at pace. You will work as an extension of our in-house global communications team, delivering multi-format assets across social media, corporate communications, and campaigns. Expect a fast production rhythm, a high bar on execution, and the opportunity to shape the visual codes of a brand at the crossroads of science and beauty.
Job Responsibility:
Create premium motion design content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and paid campaigns
Develop animations using typography, product renders, scientific illustrations, and brand assets
Produce still and animated assets in line with beauty/luxury/medical aesthetics
Record short “talking-head” videos, behind-the-scenes content, and TikTok-native formats
Capture and edit content in our podcast room (multi-camera setup, basic color/audio cleanup)
Edit longer-form content for YouTube and internal communications
Create infographics, leaflets, press kits, visual explainers and other brand materials
Design visuals that make scientific topics accessible while maintaining a premium luxury tone
Build Canva and Adobe templates for global/local markets to industrialize content production
Produce GIFs, snackable content, micro-animations and branded iconography
Contribute to key visuals, typography-based assets, and campaign adaptations
Design high-quality PowerPoint decks using luxury, minimalistic visual standards
Animate selected slides and refine layouts for key internal and external presentations
Requirements:
Education degree in Design, or a related field
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Strong experience in 2D motion design, animated typography, transitions, and brand animations
Solid understanding of video production fundamentals (lighting, framing, sound recording)
Proven ability to edit multi-camera footage and ensure clean audio/video synchronization
Experience creating content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Ability to design Canva templates and visual assets for PowerPoint presentations
Strong “premium eye” with sensitivity to minimalism, luxury aesthetics, and refined visual details
Ability to translate scientific or medical concepts into clear, engaging visual content
Comfortable working within established brand guidelines while elevating quality and consistency
Hands-on, fast-paced, and solution-oriented approach to execution
Highly adaptable, with the ability to switch efficiently between formats and priorities
Collaborative team player, able to take direction while working autonomously
Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing production workflows under tight deadlines
