Job Description

At Shakers, we're on the lookout for a Brand Specialist to take our Marketing team to the next level. We are looking for a well-rounded creative who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is ready to make a direct impact. This role offers the opportunity to help elevate our brand identity, ensure consistency across all channels, and shape the next-generation way of working.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Creative Execution: You will own ideas from start to finish, transitioning smoothly from proposing concepts to rolling up your sleeves and producing the final deliverables
  • Design & Visual Identity: Develop compelling brand assets, including visuals, to support various campaigns. You will also develop and maintain our design system and oversee brand guidelines to ensure proper usage across all touchpoints
  • Copywriting & Storytelling: Craft engaging copy and hone our tone of voice and storytelling elements to ensure clear, impactful messaging
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (mainly marketing, sales, and product) to support brand activation campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships from ideation to execution
  • Brand Strategy & Research: Develop brand strategies to align messages and inspire content creation. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, identify new AI-powered tools, and monitor performance to refine brand impact

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual execution and design skills as a well-rounded creative
  • Proven copywriting abilities paired with a strong understanding of branding principles, market positioning, and storytelling
  • 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experienced with design tools and design systems, with Adobe Suite and Figma being a must
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English languages (a must)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Skilled in creating 2D, motion graphics, and product prototyping (a plus)
