We’re looking for a bold, commercially minded Creative Brand Manager to lead an in-house studio for an award-winning travel business creating extraordinary experiences around the world. This is a newly created leadership role — a real opportunity to shape creative direction, elevate brand standards, and build a best-in-class creative function across print and digital. If you’re a hands-on creative leader who thrives on bringing big ideas to life while developing and inspiring a talented team, this could be your next move. The Opportunity You’ll sit at the heart of the Marketing & Brand team, owning creative output across every customer touchpoint — from beautifully crafted brochures to high-impact digital campaigns. This role blends: Creative leadership; Brand guardianship; Studio and workflow management; Digital innovation; Hands-on design execution You won’t just protect the brand — you’ll elevate it.

Job Responsibility

  • Champion brand consistency and creative excellence across all channels, acting as the guardian for all creative output
  • Lead creative direction across print, digital, video and integrated campaigns
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing in-house creative team, setting clear priorities and direction
  • Oversee workflow, balancing pace, quality and commercial deadlines across multiple stakeholders
  • Continuously improve creative processes to drive efficiency and impact
  • Define and deliver best-in-class digital creative through testing, insight and optimisation
  • Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity and high creative standards
  • Lead ideation and translate briefs into compelling multi-channel campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce and commercial teams to deliver engaging, customer-first creative that drives results

Requirements

  • Experience leading or mentoring creative teams (agency background advantageous)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design craft and brand work
  • Experienced in digital design (travel or hospitality background a plus)
  • Confident influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled across Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint & Canva)
  • Commercially aware and customer-focused
  • Able to balance leadership with hands-on design
  • Resilient, adaptable and energised by a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about travel, storytelling and creating meaningful brand experiences

  • Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, from initial brief and creative development through to pre-launch creative delivery and post-campaign review
