We’re looking for an experienced Creative Artworker to join our in-house Creative Team of 5. We’re responsible for driving the pick-up appeal and cultural relevance of both of our snack brands, PROPER and Eat Real. We work on a wide mix of projects from packaging to brand campaigns and everything in between. With big ambitions for both brands to be bolder and more distinctive than ever before, we’re now on the hunt for a detail-obsessed Creative Artworker who can bring both design flair and technical precision to every touchpoint.
Job Responsibility:
Produce high-quality, spec-ready artwork across packaging, print, OOH, and digital
Ensure all artwork is crafted to the highest standards, consistent, and in-line with brand guidelines, and technical specs
Work closely with designers to evolve layouts, typography, and composition. Rolling out artwork from design master’s across a multitude of specs, formats and touchpoints
Prepare and supply final artwork to printers, agencies, and suppliers — ensuring correct cutter guides, colour profiles, and finishes
Build brilliant relationships with external print partners
Oversee repro and print checks, supporting the Senior Designer and Creative Director to deliver best-in-class packaging and print quality
Manage and maintain a clear, consistent file structure and archive system across both brands
Collaborate with the Studio Manager to manage artwork timelines and approvals effectively
Support the wider creative team in upholding design standards and consistency across every execution
Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a Creative Artworker or similar production role
Deep knowledge of artwork production across packaging and print, with a solid understanding of print processes, colour management, and finishing techniques
Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
Strong design skills with a good eye for layout, composition, and typography
Comfortable preparing digital artwork across social and web
Impeccable eye for detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently across multiple projects at once
Experience working closely with designers, printers, and production partners
Based in or near London, with a few days a week in the office
Nice to have:
Knowledge of pre-press, retouching, and colour correction advantageous
