In this role, you will be working alongside a talented team of Creative and Technical Artworkers, Account management, Print Project Managers and Quality Control. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, fun environment, producing visuals, concepts, guideline guidance and print-ready artwork across a variety of formats for some global brands. You will ensure all work adheres to client guidelines and meets brand requirements, timelines and deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
Take briefs from internal and external clients
Produce visuals and follow through to print-ready artwork adhering to guidelines and specs
Executional retouching across a variety of assets
Work collaboratively with the print studio, clients, and the wider Hogarth team
Ensure all collateral, channels and communications are on brand, consistent, and employ best practice
Deliver a consistently high quality of work within the agreed timeframes
Be proactive in resolving any issues that arise, escalating for support if needed
Respond promptly to information requests from management stakeholders
Manage work using relevant HWW technologies and adhere to agreed processes, ensuring that best practice is applied at all times
Strong understanding of accessibility and how it can be applied
Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
Application of accessibility guidelines through printed material via colour testing and structured reader setup desirable
Attend and input to meetings in relation to account relationships, team collaboration, workflow, workload management and issue resolution
Appreciation, adherence and enforcement of Hogarth key policies
Requirements:
Experience working in creative and print studios within the industry
Proven experience in creative expansion, visualisation, art working and production
Good understanding of print production, colour management and accessible documentation
Retouching and visualisation skills would be advantageous
Excellent layout and typography skills, along with a strong attention to detail
Advanced Mac and program skills, including key CS programs (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
Advanced Adobe Acrobat skills
Experience of creating artwork for press (magazines/newspapers) and a wide range of asset production (OOH, Press, Brochures, Social Static, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and communicate challenges accordingly
