Job Description

The Creative Account Manager’s mission is to have full oversight and accountability for scope, schedule, quality and budget of campaigns spanning creative through final file delivery across multiple high-value clients. This role will be responsible for client and internal communication resulting in the seamless execution of campaigns and projects and may often serve as a resource to entry and mid-level Creative Account Managers.

Job Responsibility

  • Own client communication and manage client expectations on campaign level
  • Manage internal development of creative through digital or manufacture production
  • Develop estimates and proposals and manage budgets throughout the duration of the campaign
  • Plan and manage creative campaign schedules
  • Set expectations and provide creative intent to assigned Creative Directors
  • Prepare agendas, organize and conduct kick off and ongoing status meetings
  • Oversee project resources allocation
  • Coordinate with Digital Producers, Premedia and Color Leads
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure file delivery hand-off
  • Provide ongoing progress updates to all other stakeholders
  • Ownership of quality assurance from start to finish for creative through file deliverables

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years professional experience in a project management discipline
  • Agency and/or Entertainment industry experience a plus
  • Prior experience with Theatrical Displays, Out-of-Home Stunt Boards, or other manufactured displays

Nice to have

  • 10 years of Account Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Strong inner drive to care about delivering excellence in customer service
  • Highly motivated and driven to produce extraordinary results
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent presentation, organization, phone, verbal, in-person, and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate, build trust, and strengthen relationships at all levels
