Close and trusted collaboration with the Physical Security Operations Manager as well as the global Security team to implement ASML standards for security infrastructure and technology
Proactive identification and implementation of security measures, including risk assessments and the development of mitigation strategies
Operational responsibility for the Security Control Room, including organization and monitoring of control room operations and alarm management, as well as managing and overseeing external security service providers at currently two sites
Ownership and operational management of access control, video management, and alarm management systems, including coordination and support of internal and external security and technology service providers
Support in the planning and delivery of physical security awareness initiatives
Monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of security infrastructure
Ensuring 24/7 operational readiness of the security organization
Incident response responsibilities, including analysis and handling of security incidents, escalation, and initiation and execution of investigations
Responsibility for the development, adaptation, implementation, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security personnel
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Security Management is preferred
alternatively, a completed vocational qualification as Certified Master for Protection and Security (IHK), or at least Specialist for Protection and Security (FSSK) or Certified Protection and Security Professional (GSSK), combined with relevant professional experience and additional security-related training
Several years of professional experience in operational and/or tactical security operations
Sound knowledge of the installation and operation of security technologies, including access control systems, video surveillance, detection systems, and IT networks
Experience in manufacturing or high-tech environments, ideally in an international setting
Proven experience in coordinating and managing external security service providers
Fluency in German and very good command of English, both written and spoken
