Job Description:

Are you a skilled and reliable Crane Operator looking for a rewarding role with a reputable company? Our Capalaba Mitre 10 business is seeking a dedicated Crane Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll enjoy a stable 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm You’ll play an important role in delivering products safely and efficiently to our customers while providing excellent service and representing the Hardings Mitre 10 brand with professionalism. This position requires someone who is confident working independently, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely operate our trucks and crane to deliver products to building sites across the surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing Hardings Mitre 10 in a professional manner
  • Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
  • Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate deliveries and address any issues promptly
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Current HR Licence and Crane Operator Ticket – essential
  • Forklift Licence – essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling (some heavy lifting required)
  • Confidence delivering to construction and building sites in surrounding areas
