Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand SANY Crane’s sales operations in the UK market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting SANY’s full range of crane equipment.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans, action plans and strategies
  • Meet or exceed defined sales targets
  • Maintain open communication and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, including product, sales planning, etc. to maximise revenue
  • Represent SANY at trade shows and other associations, events, and meetings
  • Directly contributing to product development process through active participation in product reviews by providing market & client insights
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Develop strategic relationships with customers
  • Develop leads and build the pipeline
  • Develop SANY dealer network for crane products
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals and close sale
  • Partner with the Account Management team to service, maintain and grow current clients
  • Sales payment collection
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Requirements

  • Solid sales experience with hoisting machinery (ideally mobile crane)
  • Solid business developing experience
  • Solid quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A great work ethic
