Job Responsibility:
Lead and operationally manage a large luxury residential care home
Create a warm, welcoming, and high-quality resident and family experience
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, customer-focused team
Embed strong governance, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks
Drive occupancy performance, reputation, and long-term sustainability
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly residential care, ideally within large or luxury services
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
Strong operational, commercial, and people-leadership capability
Experience delivering hospitality-led, customer-focused care environments
Confident, visible leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
