Job Responsibility

  • Lead and operationally manage a large luxury residential care home

  • Embed strong governance, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks
  • Drive occupancy performance, reputation, and long-term sustainability
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly residential care, ideally within large or luxury services
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
  • Strong operational, commercial, and people-leadership capability
  • Experience delivering hospitality-led, customer-focused care environments
  • Confident, visible leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
