Registered Manager - Supported Living Birmingham Sutton Coldfield From £40,000 + benefits About the Role We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead Supported Living services supporting adults with mental health needs, forensic backgrounds, and complex behaviours. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure CQC compliance, lead a staff team, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage Supported Living services across 2 locations
  • Maintain CQC compliance and quality standards
  • Manage staff, performance, and training
  • Oversee safeguarding and risk management
  • Build relationships with commissioners and professionals
  • Drive service improvement and occupancy

Requirements

  • 2+ years management experience in Supported Living / Mental Health / Complex Care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding, MCA & DoLS
  • Experience with complex needs & challenging behaviours
  • Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
