Job Responsibility:
Drive a proactive Quality Assurance (QA) mindset within Customer Project Execution (CPX), shifting focus from reactive Quality Control (QC) to early risk prevention
Ensure quality deviations in project execution are identified, escalated, and followed up, securing timely implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions. Validate the identification and assessment of failure modes, their effects, root causes, and the robustness of detection and prevention controls
Verify and challenge the PFMEA framework, including scope definition, process boundaries, process flow linkage, and cross-functional team composition. Conduct onsite validations of PFMEA and work instructions, ensuring a closed-loop approach to managing quality risks and issues
Proactively challenge high-risk items, ensuring actions are preventive, measurable, time-bound, and effectively mitigate quality risks. Ensure systematic capture and deployment of lessons learned across comparable projects and construction processes to drive continuous improvement
Review and validate work instructions from a site and operator perspective, ensuring clarity, usability, and compliance with QMS requirements
Identify quality gaps through maturity assessments and coordinate mitigation actions with R&D, Product, and other relevant stakeholders
Prepare and issue formal validation reports, including Go/No-Go decisions and defined conditional approval actions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in project quality & operations within wind construction (onshore/offshore) or service projects
Good knowledge of PPAP documentation, including process maps, PFMEA, work instructions, control plans, and inspection forms
Experience with or good understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Six Sigma and/or Project Management certification is beneficial
