This role is designed for an engineering professional who is now looking to transition into an IT-focused leadership career. As a CPQ Team Leader, you will manage the technical bridge between machinery manufacturing and digital configuration systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the CPQ Team: Manage and mentor a team of 5–10 specialists to ensure high-quality technical support for the product lines
  • Engineering to Configuration: Transform complex, custom engineering logic (ETO) into standardized, scalable configuration rules (CTO)
  • Process Design: Simplify and improve how to handle product rules, pricing and quoting to make the sales process faster and more accurate
  • Systems Integration: Implement these engineering logics within SAP-CPQ, Salesforce and SAP LO-VC environments
  • Project & Quality Control: Manage project timelines, test system functionality and report progress regularly to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering
  • Engineering mindset with a strong interest in transitioning toward IT systems and terminology
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people managment
  • Experience in machinery manufacturing, product modeling and any CPQ or configurator tool
  • English and Hungarian fluency
