As a Lawyer within the CPP team, you will primarily manage and deliver a busy caseload of High Court Interim Order extension applications. Working closely with the High Court Senior Lawyer, you will oversee the preparation, administration and filing of time-sensitive High Court applications, ensuring work is completed accurately and within strict deadlines. You will help maintain a high-performing and well-trained High Court team, collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, and contribute to the seamless delivery of this critical area of regulatory work. Where capacity allows, you will also prepare and present fitness to practise cases across the wider CPP team.

Requirements
Qualified legal professional holding a UK practising certificate
Experience of High Court proceedings
Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
Proven ability to provide accurate legal advice
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to make sound decisions independently
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working under pressure and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines
