Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, design, and implement converged packet network (CPN) according to Vodafone group guidelines and technology best practice
  • Responsible for planning of all services connected to CPN domain, as well as the modernization for legacy network nodes
  • Handle advanced Implementation tasks including design and Configuration
  • Review Team configuration changes to ensure successful Implementation to network changes with minimum impact
  • Risk assessment for CPN network changes and interact with Technology change Management to discuss in weekly CAB
  • Interact with Decision support team to Handle CPN Business Case
  • Review Network design, highlight issue and Implement Fixes
  • Handle advanced Network configuration
  • Handle Network capacity Planning based on actual traffic trend and Services forecast
  • Provide recommended software version for CPN Platforms
  • Handle Technical Part in CPN RFI & RFQ

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IP network Experience
  • CCIE SP and/or CCIE R/S certified is highly recommended
  • CCNP EnCore Certifications is must
  • Previous experience in Telecom nodes IP design
  • Experience in deployment, implementation and configuration of network devices such as Cisco (ASR9k, Nexus switches, IOS routers, switches, and ACI)
  • Hands on experience on F5 Load balancers configuration
  • ACI hands on experience is highly recommended
  • Network Programming and automation skills is highly recommended
