Job Description

Aquent Studios is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead packaging design and production initiatives for a globally recognized portfolio of Home Care and Personal Care consumer brands. This role is ideal for a project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume CPG environment and brings a strong understanding of packaging workflows, print production, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, partnering closely with creative, marketing, production, and vendor teams to ensure packaging work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and manufacturing requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Independently manage multiple end-to-end packaging design and production projects for Home Care and Personal Care brands
  • Own project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff through final production
  • Lead project planning, intake, and execution while ensuring all required assets, inputs, and approvals are secured upfront
  • Partner closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to maintain alignment and resolve challenges
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, escalating when needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, enabling seamless collaboration across internal teams and external vendors
  • Schedule and lead status meetings, creative reviews, and production check-ins
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and key milestones clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality standards and production timelines are met
  • Work within established project intake, estimating, and workflow management processes
  • Contribute to refining project management best practices in partnership with the Senior Creative Project Manager
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and budget tracking
  • Track and manage project budgets with strong attention to cost control and efficiency
  • Coordinate internal resources to balance workloads and timelines
  • Partner with vendors on print production, materials, and approvals to support quality execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a creative, design, or packaging production environment
  • Hands-on experience managing packaging design and production within CPG (Home Care and/or Personal Care strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of packaging development, print production, and production workflows
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, or Trello
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
