Job Responsibility:
Replenishment Strategy: Utilize VMI and CPFR best practices to eliminate stock-outs, maximize fill rates, and optimize order quality through MOQ and lead time adherence
Customer Centricity: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leading weekly meetings and leveraging empathy and persistence to achieve excellence in customer service
Data Analysis & Forecasting: Drive forecast accuracy by analyzing POS consumption and sales trends to influence truck planning and inventory allocation
Operational Excellence: Manage the "Perfect Order" initiative, reducing costs by resolving root causes of inefficiencies and navigating logistics challenges with 3PL warehouses
Item Lifecycle Management: Lead supply chain planning for new product launches and discontinuations to maximize sales and minimize unsaleable goods
Compliance & Reporting: Monitor and report on key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, CFR) and ensure adherence to Vendor Compliance Programs
Requirements:
Minimum of a 3-year Degree/Diploma (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred) or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain Operations
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
experience with Integrated Planning systems is essential (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.)
Proven ability to turn complex data into influential business cases
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Professional fluency in English is required
