Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller)
NSI 08 or 06 Qualification
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites
A recent, checkable work reference is essential
A proactive approach to site safety and clear communication skills
Must be able to commit to the full duration of the project starting in January 2026

Job Responsibility

Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow
Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators
Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks
Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points
Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents
Participating in toolbox talks and reporting any safety hazards to site management
