We are looking for our next CPBC Global Operations Director to lead 70+ employees as well as being part of both the local Business Centre Leadership Team (BCLT) and GQRAS management team. As a CPBC Global Operations Director you will be responsible for overseeing Global Labelling, Regulatory Affairs Registrations, Biosafety, Vigilance, Quality Reporting, Sustainability and Master Data. Reporting to both the SVP of Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs in Denmark and the VP of Business Centre, you will set the strategic direction for the entire Business Centre's development.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with your management team (CPBC Global Operations Leadership team) to set and deliver on both short- and long-term priorities, and contribute to global objectives
Facilitate cross-functional dialogue and activities to promote knowledge sharing and leverage team diversity
Set direction and priorities for teams, ensuring strong execution and follow-up
Develop strategy for Product Master Data and ensure high-quality, seamless data flow through process and system improvements
Standardize and optimize Global Labelling processes across the organization
Drive continuous process improvement and proactively address challenges to maintain high output quality
Align department capabilities with business needs to support future growth
Manage and optimize resource allocation within the team
Foster skill development and introduce innovative practices for quality and efficiency
Ensure clear communication and alignment with internal partners for successful plan implementation
Deliver top performance for key stakeholder
Partner with key stakeholders to identify and transfer additional processes/areas
Requirements:
+10 years leading large teams with proven efficiency, scalability tracks and achievements
Experience to lead Global Operations processes or similar e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Master Data, Labelling is a plus
Business development attitude with ability to learn new business area
Strategic mind-set with proven execution records
Quick learner with achievements tracks records
University/Business School / Master’s degree. MBA preferred.
Excellent analytical, negotiation and management skills
High proficiency level of English writing and communication skills (it’s a Company business language)
Ability to challenge leaders at all levels and to work in an international environment
Good sense of humour
Nice to have:
Experience to lead Global Operations processes or similar e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Master Data, Labelling is a plus
