Job Description:

We are recruiting to fill an existing vacancy for a part time CPAP Specialist. As a CPAP Specialist with ProResp, you will assume a primary role in providing CPAP therapy in an office environment. This includes initiation and on-going support, client education and optimal equipment application. Your clinical experience and first-rate assessment skills will enable you to offer excellent client care. As a team member, you will play an integral part in continuing the success of community respiratory care and CPAP therapy.

Job Responsibility:

Assume a primary role in providing CPAP therapy in an office environment
Initiation and on-going support of CPAP therapy
Client education
Optimal equipment application
Provide excellent client care
Play an integral part in continuing the success of community respiratory care and CPAP therapy

Requirements:

Valid registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO) or the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Visual and audio acuity
Excellent English communication skills, including oral and written
Ability to present in groups of varying sizes and backgrounds
Valid, full Class G Drivers’ license
Problem solving focus with high situational awareness and emotional intelligence
Physically medium
occasional walking and standing and climbing of stairs
computer work
neck flexion
frequent push – pull for vehicle doors
occasional lifting of up to 31 lbs, rare to 58 lbs
Must be clean shaven where a respirator seals to the skin of the face or neck when the use of a N95 respirator is required

Nice to have:

Retail sales experience preferred
