We’re currently seeking an experienced CPA to join our Lincoln team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a track to partnership for the right candidate. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
  • Assume responsibility for all phases of an assignment from planning to delivery of the financial statements and tax returns for small and medium sized engagements
  • Identify issues with clients’ processes and controls, make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain quality client relationships

Requirements

  • Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication—capable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients
  • Prior experience supervising or managing teams
  • A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust

Nice to have
