Job Description:

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Norway as a Coverage Analyst. You will be part of the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) department which ensures a coverage function with the aim of developing and strengthening the bank’s relationships with its clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assessing creditworthiness of clients by using financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and cash flow projections
  • Performing due diligence, including: researching, identifying and evaluating company and industry risks and trends
  • analyzing risks of various financial structures
  • assessing risk/return profile of transactions and relationships
  • Preparation of credit proposals, liaising with key credit people in Sweden, Paris and other CACIB offices, including periodic credit reviews
  • Coordinating the review and negotiation of legal documents
  • Liaising with the client, other financial institutions, and internal credit and commercial groups
  • Monitoring the clients’ financial situation and the industry dynamics, assist relationship managers in generating cross-selling ideas
  • Providing Origination/Client Coverage support to Bankers, including: Prepare pitch books for client and internal presentations
  • Prepare briefing memos for client visits and for internal presentations/committees
  • Prepare financial models and pro forma capital structures for idea generation and client visits
  • Liaise with various product groups
  • Participate in client visits and bank meetings
  • Keeping current on industry knowledge, banking products, and financial structures

Requirements:

  • Be less than 28 years old
  • Be graduated of Master Degree
  • Be EU citizen (except Norwegian)
