If you are a QTS or PGCE qualified educator with a passion for primary education, an enriching opportunity awaits you at Randstad Education. We are looking for dedicated teachers to join our flexible supply pool, supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms across the East Grinstead area.

Job Responsibility

  • Ignite Curiosity: Deliver engaging lessons that spark interest and foster a love for learning
  • Manage Dynamics: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment using effective behavioral strategies
  • Adapt and Excel: Quickly integrate into new teams and follow school-specific lesson plans with confidence

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
  • A positive, flexible attitude toward diverse teaching environments
  • Right to Work in the UK (Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for overseas candidates)
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Two professional work references
