Job Responsibility
Managing the classroom: Standing strong to successfully manage behaviour and ensure student engagement for classes of up to 30 students
Delivering the lesson: Making sure students complete the exact work left behind by their absent teacher in an engaging, interactive way
Supporting pupils: Providing guidance to students of all different abilities
Fostering a great environment: Creating a positive, inclusive space for learning while collaborating with the school's permanent teaching staff
